Shipping Policy

Camino Botanica ships throughout the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

At this time, Camino Botanica primarily ships within the U.S. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please ensure that all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout. Camino Botanica is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect address information.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase and the care that went into selecting it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are:

• Unused and in original condition
• Unwashed and unaltered
• Returned with original packaging and tags attached

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please note the following exceptions:

• Sale items are final sale
• Vintage, one-of-a-kind, edible, botanical, skincare, and personal care items are not eligible for return
• Large or fragile items may be subject to a restocking fee
